Each winter, hundreds of kite-boarding enthusiasts gather in Milton, Vt. to celebrate their love for the sport. On Feb. 21 and 22, Stormboarding, a local Vermont kite-boarding company, held its 6th annual Kitestorm celebration at Sand Bar State Park in Milton. Participants ranged from seasoned veterans of the sport to first-time flyers. Stormboarding owner Rachael Miller was on hand both days to provide advice, sell merchandise and to teach novice kite-boarding courses.
