Snowkiters flocked to Sand Bar State Park in Milton, Vt. on Feb. 23 and 24 for Kitestorm 2008. The event is in its fifth year. Participants travel from throughout the United States as well as other countries to show off their skills and socialize with fellow enthusiasts.
