Learning to drum with "Chimie" Bangoura
Hassimiou “Chimie” Bangoura taught a kid’s drumming class at the Flynn Studio in Burlington as part of the Jeh Kulu Dance and Drum Theater’s 14th annual West African Dance and Drum Festival on Nov. 8. Children from all over Vermont came to to participate in the class and learn about the culture of West African dance and drum.
